“Our fathers have inherited lies.” — Jeremiah 16:19

The Great Awakening Has Begun.

The scattered seed of Yashar’el (Israel) is being called home. This assembly exists to prepare the remnant before the gathering — out of the four costumes, back to Yahuah (God), back to His Torah, back to the Word He spoke.

You’ve Been Lied To About Who You Are

The Lie of Two — and the Truth of Four

Today you are told by both Judaism and Christianity that there are only two groups of people: Jew and Gentile. The Yahudi (Jew), and everybody else. Chosen, and the rest of humanity lumped together as one undifferentiated category.

Then you are told that the everybody-else category — the Gentile — receives salvation and is converted into a spiritual, metaphorical Yashar’el (Israel) called the church.

And it sounds good. It tickles the ear. You were just a Gentile, but he died and rose again, and if you believe that and confess it, then you are no longer a nobody Gentile — you become an heir of the promise, incorporated into the new church, a metaphorical Yashar’el (Israel). And even real Yahudim (Jews) can be grafted into this metaphor — but they are still Yahuah (God)’s chosen people, and if they abide not still in unbelief, they too join the new improved Yashar’el (Israel) 2.0.

That is what the pulpit teaches. That is what the synagogue teaches in its own form. Both versions agree on the same skeleton: only two groups, Jew and Gentile, and the Gentile category is something a person can be converted out of.

It is not scriptural.

Scripture discusses four different people groups. It started as just two, and it will end with just two. The four are alive today, mingling into the two prior groups. So who are they?

From the opening of Ephraim Rising

I’m going to tell you a story of a seemingly mystical people, in whom lies unimaginable power who walk and dance within the palm of the all powerful creator of heaven and earth. These souls, many of them, don’t even know who they are or the power they possess because they’ve been lied to and led astray from the truth that encircles them, a truth ready to burst into an all consuming fire, awaiting the time appointed and the spark. This story is not one of some mythical creatures, such as vampires hidden amongst us, but a people in every race color and creed, because they were scattered into all nations, where it was promised to them, their name would cease from remembrance, and they would be called not my people. But in the last days, to those that it was said, not my people, it will be said, surely you are the sons of the living El!

This is no novel nor fiction, the following chapters will be a tale that rises so magnificently from the scriptures like the rising of the sun, that its majestic truth can’t be denied. The most beautiful tale ever told, or I should say, hasn’t been told since the fourth century. A story that, like its characters, whose very existence is denied. I come as a herald proudly announcing their awakening. This is the true story of Ephraim, the firstborn. The rightful heir. The northern kingdom. The House of Yashar’el (Israel).

This will not only prove our existence as a people and the creator’s love for us, but serve as a scriptural guide back to our root, the root of Jesse. As we come out of apostasy and return and follow the good shepherd, our husband, our redeemer. Even through trials and tribulations and the prophesied vexation of Ephraim, even from our own brothers nearing the end of the day of Ya’aqov’s (Jacob’s) trouble, our forging in the furnace of affliction, our baptism of fire.

— from the Preface, Ephraim Rising

From the beginning, and back again

Two Groups, Then Four, and Two Again

In the beginning, Yahuah (God) created the peoples of the earth (Genesis 1). Then he formed Adam separately (Genesis 2) to tend the garden, and instead of taking Adam a wife from the nations he had already made, he formed a woman from Adam’s own body. From the beginning, two groups: the peoples of the earth, and the seed of Adam.

Then the angels came. The fallen watchers descended and took wives of the daughters of men, and begat the giants — a corrupted seed sown into the nations (Genesis 6). Now there were three groups. Then Gadriyel — the dragon that entered the garden — seduced Eve, and a corrupted seed entered the line of Adam. Now there were four groups. The four groups have been alive together ever since.

Yahuah (God), in his infinite mercies, did not utterly destroy the avenues through which the names written in the Lamb’s book of life from the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8) would come. Even when the flood destroyed the earth and the giants, the corrupted seed survived — Noah’s sons took wives from the peoples, and there is a reincursion of the giants after the flood. Only Noah was pure in his generations, but when he was told to build the ark, his sons were also instructed to take wives from the peoples. This is why the giants come back. This is also why the seed of promise was later instructed to kill the men, women, children, and animals of certain peoples. It was not because of their morality — though their morality was indeed abominable. It was because the beings themselves were abominable. Their very existence was against Yahuah (God).

Fast forward to Abraham — a son of Adam. Yahuah (God) appears to him, and he heeds the voice. He does not become a son of Adam by heeding the call. He heeds the call because he is a son of Adam. That is the cause-and-effect that scripture maintains and that the church inverts.

Abraham’s seed is blessed. He becomes the father of many nations as promised — but you do not get to dictate what that means. Ishmael also became many nations, and he was not the seed of promise. Ishmael and Isaac — one chosen, one not. Of Isaac, Jacob is chosen, not Esau. From Jacob come the twelve tribes. Yahuah (God) marries the twelve tribes and cuts a covenant with them and their offspring.

He prophesies in the same breath that they will break the covenant, that they will be cursed for it, that they will be kicked out of the land of promise and scattered to all the other nations — the nations the church now calls Gentile. But by his grace, he declares a promise. In the last days, when they are scattered into all nations and call to mind the blessings and the curses he set before them, when they recognize that, when they return to him with all their heart and soul and strength, he will have compassion upon them and gather them from all nations where he scattered them (Deuteronomy 30:1–5).

Read that carefully. He declared the end from the beginning. So you are left with one of two conclusions: either it is going to happen, or he is a liar.

The story moves to the prophets and the writings. The same word repeated through every voice the Father raised: scattered, judged, redeemed, regathered. The twelve tribes split into two houses — the northern kingdom (the house of Yashar’el / Israel) and the southern kingdom (the house of Yahudah / Judah). And in Hosea, the threats stop. Yahuah (God) is done. He divorces the northern kingdom — the house of Yashar’el (Israel) — and sentences them to serve other gods. He says he will not kill them. They will become more numerous than the sands of the sea — not the sea shore, the sea. He promises that he will bring the remembrance of them to nothing, that they will lose their identity as they dissolve into all the other nations where they are scattered, and they will be called not my people. But he promises that when he gathers them out of all nations, it will be said to those who were called not my people — the lost sheep of the house of Yashar’el (Israel), the prodigal son — surely, you are the sons of the living El (Hosea 1:9–10). People will realize Yahuah (God) is not a liar. He declared the end from the beginning.

But there is a mystery.

He divorced the house of Yashar’el (Israel). And though Yahudah (Judah) acted worse than her sister, he said he could not divorce the house of Yahudah (Judah). So how can he remarry the house of Yashar’el (Israel) after she is defiled? How can he remarry the house of Yahudah (Judah) if she was never divorced? Yahuah (God) says he holds his words above even his own name. And his Torah states it: if a man divorce a woman and she go and serve another, the first husband cannot take her back, it is an abomination (Deuteronomy 24:1–4). But: if the first husband dies, she is no longer an adulteress, and she is free to marry another — even the same first husband, who died and rose again (Romans 7:1–4).

And since her husband died, Yahudah (Judah) became a widow.

The temple curtain was rent, the scarlet thread tied to the high priest never changed color again on the Day of Atonement, and Yahudah (Judah) was loosed by death from her marriage.

The house of Yashar’el (Israel), having been defiled in scattering, can now be remarried because the first husband died and rose again. Both houses are free to enter the new covenant.

It is new, not renewed — as some lost, self-appointed Saturday-Christian Hebrew Roots teacher may try to say. They try to say this because they feel the pull of Yahuah (God) for his people to return, but they are still the blind leading the blind — outspoken students trying to escape the judgment of false teachers by not calling themselves teachers, shepherds, or prophets, though they do in fact lead astray and prophesy falsely. Saying I am not prophesying here is not an insurance clause that exempts a person from the weight of what they teach. You are. And judgment is coming.

What scripture says happens at the end

Two Sortings, Not One

Now: the four groups have been alive in the earth together since the beginning. The seed of Adam, the peoples of the earth, the corrupted seed in the nations, the corrupted seed in the line of Adam. Scripture is precise about how Yahuah (God) sorts them at the end.

There are two sortings, not one.

The first sorting is the harvest. Wheat and tares grew together in the same field. At the harvest, the angels separate them and burn the tares (Matthew 13:30, 49–50). The tares are not gathered. They were never the seed of promise. They were sown in by the enemy from the beginning, and the harvest is the day they are removed.

Then the wheat passes through a second sorting. After the gathering of the scattered out of all nations comes a wilderness sifting. I will cause you to pass under the rod… and I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me (Ezekiel 20:37–38). Chaff is winnowed from kernel (Luke 3:17). Goats are separated from sheep (Matthew 25:32). The wedding garment is asked for, and the man without it is bound and cast out (Matthew 22:11–13). This second sifting is not done on the tares. It is done on the gathered.

After the dreadful day of Yahuah (God) — the burning of the tares in the land and abroad — and the first resurrection of those of the seed who walked the covenant faithfully in their lifetimes (Revelation 20:4–6), and the gathering of the wheat out of all nations into the wilderness of the people (Ezekiel 20:35), and the post-harvest sifting that purges out the rebels from among the gathered, the seed of Adam enters the land of promise as a kingdom of priests (Exodus 19:6; Revelation 1:6; 5:10) to instruct those left alive of the other nations. The seed restored to its priestly office. The peoples of the earth alive and receiving the truth from the priestly remnant. That is when any priestly relationship between the seed and the nations begins. Not now.

Then the original two groups, restored. The four reduced to two by the burning of the counterfeit and the sifting of the gathered. Two groups in the beginning. Tares sown in. Long ages of seed-war. The dreadful day. The first resurrection. The gathering. The wilderness sifting. The priestly entry. From two, to four, and back to two. That is the whole arc.

What is actually being done to you

The Antichrist Religion in Plain View

Now that you understand the four groups and the two sortings, you can see the lie for what it is. And it is sickening when you finally grasp it.

The spiritual equivalent of the feeling is what you feel when you see a burglar sue a homeowner for an injury he sustained while robbing the property. It is upside down. It is corruption pretending to be justice. It is how the antichrist deceived you long ago — and not just deceived you, but put you in a place where you could not accept the truth.

Here is the lie in plain view.

Religious systems today teach that Yahusha (Jesus) died and now the promises to the seed of promise are done. That Yahusha (Jesus) — by dying — turned Yahuah (God) into a liar. That the old promises were retired, the chosen people rejected him, and now there is a new improved system: a metaphorical Yashar’el (Israel) open to anyone who will believe and be saved. Anybody can join. Yahudim (Jews) can graft in. Bloodline does not matter. Just believe.

But what Paul was warning the scattered seed in Galatia about — and Galatians itself names them as having been under the law before, which means they were not random pagans — was not adherence to the word of Yahuah (God). It was joining the circumcision party — the Yahudim (Jews) of the conversion sect, the same ones Yahusha (Jesus) rebuked. Yahusha (Jesus) never rebuked Yahudim (Jews) for being Yahudi (Jewish). He rebuked the counterfeit and their counterfeit measures. He even said plainly to specific men that they were not sons of Abraham, that they were of their father the devil. Tares among the wheat. Within the people of Yahudah (Judah), inside the priestly leadership, sons of Belial were operating — just as Eli’s sons (1 Samuel 2:12) operated within the Levitical priestly line.

And the Pharisees Yahusha (Jesus) rebuked were the original Judaizers. They taught that to be saved you had to convert to Judaism — which had become more of a religion of conversion than a covenant identity. They failed to separate the clean and the unclean, the holy and the common. They taught that anyone could be saved through ritual conversion — not through Torah. Making the word of Yahuah (God) of none effect through your tradition (Mark 7:13). They went over sea and land to make one proselyte, and made him twofold more the child of hell than themselves (Matthew 23:15). They were a wicked generation of their father the devil — not because they returned a remnant to Torah as the prophets had foretold, but because they taught conversion to a metaphorical chosen people and built doctrines of men on top of the Torah they claimed to enforce.

The same situation exists today. We have a smelting pot in the promised land — yes, many real Yahudim (Jews) descended from Ya’aqov (Jacob), and inside that descent, still the seed-war: tares, chaff, sons of Belial within the line. We have Rome — the ruling space, the army of Babylon, and Rome is not just America. Rome is the system. We have the seed of promise inside Rome, in the promised land, and scattered abroad. We have a smelting pot in every nation, and no one knows by sight who is who or what is what.

This question was once asked of Yahusha (Jesus): who is my neighbor? The English translation buries the question. The Hebrew word the Torah uses for neighborrea’ (Strong’s H7453) — means folk, kinsman, fellow. Leviticus 19:18 reads, Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. The children of thy people is the parallel phrase to thy neighbour. The verse is naming kinsmen. The questioner asking Yahusha (Jesus) who is my neighbor was asking, how do I know who is my folk, my kinsman?

Yahusha (Jesus) did not misunderstand and tell him how to be a good neighbor. He answered the question he was asked: how do I know who is my kinsman? He gave three examples — two who would have been assumed to be kinsmen (the priest, the Levite) and a third who was denied any kinsman status at all (the Samaritan — representing the house of Yashar’el / Israel, the scattered seed in the eyes of the Yahudim of his day). The broken man knew who his kinsman was by how each one treated him. You will know them by their fruits (Matthew 7:16, 20). Yahusha (Jesus) was not teaching a parable about being neighborly. He was answering: the kinsman is identified by the fruit, not by the assumption of who looks like what.

So today the antichrist religion teaches that returning to Torah is Judaizing, while it teaches conversion into a spiritual metaphorical Yashar’el (Israel) and adherence to its own traditions and teachings as the path of salvation. They are the modern day Judaizers. Plain and simple. Nullifying the word of Yahuah (God) through their vain traditions. The same system operating in two different camps — the Pharisees of the first century and the institutional pulpits of today — and it is all antichrist. It is all Baal worship. It is all Mystery Babylon.

If Yahudim (Jews) and Christians and even Muslims are at such odds with each other, then why do they all agree on the same foundational lie? Why do they all teach that Yahuah (God) is a liar and will not gather a paternal blood remnant of the house of Yashar’el (Israel) from all the nations where they were scattered when they confess their sins and the sins of their fathers — when they accept of the punishment of their iniquity and confess that he was just (Leviticus 26:33; 26:40–42) — and return to all that he commanded this day (Deuteronomy 30:1–5)?

Four costumes. One antichrist.

O Yahuah (God), my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall
come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity,
and things wherein there is no profit.
Jeremiah 16:19

A word from the writer

Why I Am Saying This

I am not setting here saying I am not a teacher. I stand in humility as a heartbroken teacher, a voice crying in the wilderness — and joyful at the same time.

I stand here also a true modern-day Nazarite. Someone who ministers to Yahuah (God). Full of sin and a wretched man, undeserving — but someone who hates his sin and repents of his sin, and very recently made a final plea to Yahuah (God) which was heard. I asked him to make me love his people more than I loved truth. To make me love his people more than I hated lies. And to take this stammering lip from me which he had seen fit in his good pleasure to give me. As I write this, he has shown me that it is so.

Today I shout a good news: scales are going to be falling off by the numbers, and there is a movement coming that will be greater in its leap from any notion of Hebrew Roots than the leap from Catholicism to Hebrew Roots was. This is no prosperity gospel. It is an awakening, and with it will come trials and tribulations — just as the apostles received, and just as the first believers received after their baptism. But through it, you will have peace that surpasses all understanding. And if you had peace when nothing was going wrong, then it would not surpass all understanding.

For three years I have been spreading truth across the globe, having been appointed by Yahuah (God) as a teacher, and now also prophesying — standing fully accountable to him and consecrated to him. Many false teachers have hissed. Many people have stopped their ears, and like Ezekiel, Yahuah (God) saw it fit to give me lips that people would not hear from. But that ends today. My very ability to explain this to you in a way you can receive it is proof of that.

All of my books and blogs are more detailed explanations of what I have just told you freely. They are works that continue to grow as I journey through dismantling the lies we have inherited. I hope you will join me, and support our ministry. More are coming after me who possess truth, and I hope to be blessed in seeing them, and to use this ministry to help set them up and support them. I am the first, not the greatest. Many greater than me are coming after me. But you need to ask yourself — though your traditions say I am a liar, what do your scriptures say?

I am not saying you must support only me. But how can you, now that you are receiving truth, turn and support any ministry spreading lies?

Why the harvest is partaken of now

The Muzzled Ox

For three years I carried this ministry alone. My business suffered. I suffered. My family suffered. No outsider gave a dollar to the work. Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out the corn (Deuteronomy 25:4). I was a muzzled ox treading the work out by trust in Yahuah (God), waiting on a future hope.

That season has ended. As we return to all that Yahuah (God) commanded, I have become a servant to the ministry, relying entirely on him and on his provisions through his people. The labourer is worthy of his reward (1 Timothy 5:18, citing Deuteronomy 25:4). The harvest I am now permitted to partake of is what scripture has always permitted the worker to partake of — no more, no less.

Remnant of Promise is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a board that oversees its provisions. I take only what the board has determined is a small, reasonable allowance — what scripture allows the worker to receive without overreach. Every dollar beyond that allowance is appropriated to further advance this mission and Yahuah (God)’s will: the printing and distribution of books, the expansion of the teaching, the equipping of those who come after, free home repair and free tree service where trees endanger a home, and whatever else the Father directs as the work grows.

The work goes forward whether the framework is yours yet or not. If it has fed you, partner with it.

If the Work Has Fed You

Tithes, Alms & Offerings

The work runs on Yahuah (God)’s provision through His people. If a book has dismantled a lie or a teaching has fed you, partnering with the work returns the seed back into the field.
