What most preachers teach

The inherited Christian pulpit teaches a hierarchy of systems with itself at the top. Christianity is the true religion; Judaism is the older covenant whose people are still waiting on the Messiah (Christ) they will one day recognize; Hebrew Roots and Messianic groups are well-meaning Christians who have over-corrected toward Yahudi (Jewish) practice; Islam is a competing religion either dismissed or fought. Each system is treated as a separate phenomenon with its own merits and errors, and the Christian reader is taught to evaluate the others against the Christian center as the fixed reference point.

Around this center, four secondary teachings cluster.

Christianity is treated as the inheritor of the apostolic faith. The pulpit reads itself as the unbroken continuation of the New Testament body, with the apostles, the early fathers, the councils, the reformers, and the modern denominations as the chain of orthodox teaching the saved have been receiving in steady stream. The fact that the Christian church’s actual founding architecture — Constantine’s Sunday Law in 321 AD, the Council of Laodicea’s anti-Sabbath canons in 363 AD, the renaming of the appointed feasts, the burying of the sacred name under the LORD, the antinomian reading of Paul that reframed Torah-life as bondage — sits squarely on top of the prophetic horn of Daniel 7:25 is left unexamined. The reader is taught to receive the inherited Christian framework as what the apostles taught, without ever being walked through the historical fingerprint that exposes the framework as a fourth-century construction sitting on a moved Sabbath, replaced feasts, abolished Torah, and a buried name.

Judaism is treated as the religion of the Old Testament people, with two main streams in the inherited pulpit’s discussion. The replacement-theology stream teaches that Yahudah’s (Judah’s) covenant ended at the cross and has been transferred to the church. The dispensational stream teaches that Yahudah’s (Judah’s) covenant was suspended at the cross and will resume in a future end-times program. In neither stream is Judaism’s own foundational lie — the collapse of the covenant into Yahudah (Judah) alone, with the divorced northern house written off as gone — read as the same denial Christianity is making in its own costume. The Yahudim (Jews) are treated as a separate covenant family whose problem is they have not yet received Yahusha (Jesus), not as inheritors of an inherited lie running the same architecture the Christian pulpit runs.

Hebrew Roots and Messianic communities are treated either as the Judaizing fringe to avoid or as the well-meaning sub-tradition Christians can dabble in for cultural enrichment without going too far. Sermons against legalism are aimed at these groups; the assumption is that any Christian who keeps Sabbath, eats clean, or observes the appointed feasts has fallen back into a bondage the cross retired. The fact that Hebrew Roots itself carries inherited errors — the false inclusion gospel, the Hebrew Roots version of replacement theology, the dropped Paul — is invisible to the inherited Christian pulpit because the pulpit does not see Hebrew Roots clearly enough to diagnose what it has carried out the door from institutional Christianity without examining.

Islam is treated as a competing religion, addressed mostly in cultural and political terms. The Muslim is a foreign visitor in the Christian frame, sometimes targeted for evangelism, sometimes feared as a threat, sometimes engaged in interfaith dialogue. The structural fact that Islam’s own foundational lie — the transfer of the covenant from Isaac and Jacob to Ishmael — is a different costume on the same skeleton as Christianity’s transfer of the covenant from the twelve tribes to the church is not part of the inherited reading. Islam is the foreign religion. Christianity is the home. The two are not seen as branches of the same lie.

This is the way the inherited reader was taught to think about religious systems. One on top, three below, all evaluated by the one. The architecture of the actual situation — four costumes, one foundational lie, all four denying the gathering of the twelve tribes — was not in the inherited frame.

Where the inherited reading falls short

The reading collapses against scripture’s own diagnostic, against the historical fingerprint of each systems actual founding, against the prophetic specificity of what the Father has been doing across all four, and against the cumulative witness of the prophets that all four are subject to.

Scripture’s diagnostic is doctrinal, not denominational. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar (1 John 2:3–4). The test does not ask which house the speaker belongs to. It asks whether what is taught stands with the Father’s commandments or against them. To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them (Isaiah 8:20). The test reaches into Christianity. The test reaches into Judaism. The test reaches into Hebrew Roots. The test reaches into Islam. The pulpit that exempts itself from the test is the pulpit whose costume the test exposes.

Christianity’s actual founding architecture sits on the horn of Daniel 7:25. He shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws. The Sunday Law of 321 AD changed the day. The Council of Laodicea in 363 AD anathematized the Sabbath-keeper. The appointed feasts of Leviticus 23 were renamed pagan and replaced with festivals dressed in Christian language. The dietary commandments were declared abolished without scriptural warrant. The sacred name was buried under the LORD. Each of these moves is documented in the historical record of institutional Christianity’s own founding councils. The pulpit that reads itself as the unbroken continuation of apostolic teaching has not looked at its own founding. The horn moved what could be moved. The pews inherited the move. The architecture is not orthodox; it is the prophetic horn’s actual fingerprint.

Judaism’s collapse of the covenant into Yahudah (Judah) alone is foreclosed by the prophets Yahudah (Judah) itself preserved. Ezekiel 37 takes two sticks and joins them in the prophet’s hand — the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim… and the stick of Yahudah (Judah) — and names them as one nation in the land. Isaiah 11:11–12 names both the outcasts of Yashar’el (Israel) and the dispersed of Yahudah (Judah) as the second recovery. Jeremiah’s new covenant is made with the house of Yashar’el (Israel), and with the house of Yahudah (Judah) (Jeremiah 31:31) — both houses, both named, both brought into the same new heart. The collapse of all of Yashar’el (Israel) into Yahudah (Judah) only is refused at every prophetic juncture. The Yahudi (Jewish) believer who carries Torah through every exile is loved; the system that erased his northern brothers from the covenant is the inherited lie running in his house.

Hebrew Roots’ foundations were carried out of institutional Christianity without examination. The false inclusion gospel — the teaching that anyone who believes and Torah-keeps is thereby counted as Yashar’el (Israel) regardless of paternal lineage or prophetic promise — is Christian replacement theology in Torah clothing. Where institutional Christianity claimed the church replaced Yashar’el (Israel) by faith, Hebrew Roots false inclusion claims the Torah-observant community becomes Yashar’el (Israel) by belief and practice — and the result is the same erasure of the specific covenant people the prophets actually named. The Hebrew Roots dropped Paul is the second inherited foundation. Many Torah-observant believers cannot reconcile the antinomian Paul they were given with the Torah they love and so set Paul aside entirely, leaving the antinomian reading uncontested in the pulpit they left. Both errors are inheritances from the system Hebrew Roots walked out of, not corrections of it. The same diagnostic that exposes Christianity exposes Hebrew Roots.

Islam’s transfer of the covenant to Ishmael against the explicit Genesis lineage is the same architecture Christianity is running, in different clothing. As for Ishmael, I have heard thee… but my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee (Genesis 17:20–21). The covenant is named — to Isaac, to Jacob, to the twelve tribes — and named again, and named again, through the patriarchs, the prophets, the writings. Islam’s overruling of the lineage by transfer is the same operation as Christianity’s overruling of the lineage by replacement and Hebrew Roots’ overruling of the lineage by self-selection. Four costumes. One denial. The Muslim is not a foreign visitor in the framework’s frame. He is a brother who was handed an inherited lie running the same skeleton the Christian pulpit is running, with a different name on the door.

The cumulative witness of the prophets places all four under the same Father’s authority and the same Father’s diagnostic. Surely our fathers have inherited lies (Jeremiah 16:19) — our is the word that does the work. The verse applies to the Yahudi (Jewish) reader. The verse applies to the Christian reader. The verse applies to the Hebrew Roots brother. The verse applies to the Muslim. The verse applies to us. The inherited Christian reading exempts itself from the verse it preaches at others. The framework does not. We are inheritors of someone else’s wrong answers too, and the awakening that exposed the four costumes is the awakening that humbles the assembly that names them.

How the framework reads the same scripture faithfully

The framework reads the four costumes as scripture does — as four costumes of the same lie, each subject to the same diagnostic, each populated by people the Father loves and is gathering, each animated by spirits the Father has allowed for a season and is now ending. We did not invent the four-houses architecture; we received it from scripture’s own naming.

Christianity is the horn’s religion. The fourth beast of Daniel 7 brought up the little horn that spake great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws (Daniel 7:25). The horn moved the Sabbath to Sunday at Constantine’s law in 321 AD. The horn anathematized the Sabbath-keeper at Laodicea in 363 AD. The horn renamed the feasts and replaced them with Babylonian solar festivals dressed in nativity scenes and pastel rabbits. The horn declared the dietary commandments abolished. The horn buried the sacred name under the LORD. The horn read Paul’s letters against the very Torah Paul kept and called the misreading the gospel. The pulpit sitting on this architecture is not the apostolic body’s continuation; it is the horn’s institution wearing apostolic language. The Christian in the pew is loved; the architecture under his feet is the antichrist seat the prophets warned of seventeen centuries before he was born.

Judaism is the southern house’s walls. The Talmudic and rabbinic traditions have layered over the Torah for centuries — making the word of Yahuah (God) of none effect through your tradition (Mark 7:13). The covenant has been collapsed into Yahudah (Judah) alone, with the divorced northern house written off as gone. The Messiah (Christ) the prophets named — Isaiah 53’s suffering servant, Daniel 9’s Anointed One who shall be cut off, Zechariah 12’s him whom they have pierced — has been read past or argued away. The Yahudi (Jewish) believer who has carried scripture through every fire is loved; the system that erased his brothers and refused the Messiah (Christ) the prophets named is the inherited lie running in his house.

Hebrew Roots, Messianic, and Torah Observant communities carry foundations they did not examine. The false inclusion gospel — anyone who believes and Torah-keeps is now Yashar’el (Israel) — is replacement theology in Torah clothing, and the framework refuses it for the same reason it refused Christian replacement theology. The dropped Paul is the second inheritance — and the framework refuses that too, recovering Paul as a Torah-observant Israelite of the tribe of Benjamin who never abolished Torah and was sent to the lost sheep of the divorced house. The Hebrew Roots brother who left Sunday for the Sabbath is a brother. The brother carrying the false inclusion gospel and the dropped Paul is loved; the foundations he carried out of the Christian system without examining them are what we name.

Islam transfers the covenant against Genesis. My covenant will I establish with Isaac (Genesis 17:21). And he shall be called Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him (Genesis 17:19). The Genesis lineage is named, traced, settled. Islam’s overruling of the lineage by transfer to Ishmael is the same skeleton the Christian replacement and the Hebrew Roots false inclusion are running, in different fabric. The Muslim is loved; the system that handed him the transferred covenant is the inherited lie running in his house.

Four costumes. One denial. Same antichrist seat. Each system denies the gathering of the paternal blood remnant of all twelve tribes of Yashar’el (Israel) home — Christianity by replacement, Judaism by collapse, Hebrew Roots by false inclusion, Islam by transfer. The four denials are four versions of the same foundational lie the prophets foreclosed. Wherever the Father’s covenant work is denied — by what the system teaches — the spirit of antichrist (1 John 4:3) is operating. The diagnostic is the Word’s. The framework is not inventing it.

The people inside any of the four systems are loved. Surely our fathers have inherited lies (Jeremiah 16:19). The grandmother who has prayed inside any of these systems for sixty years is not the system. The deception was handed to her, in good faith, by sincere teachers who were handed it by sincere teachers before them. The framework attacks systems and never people. The Yahudi (Jew) in Yahudah (Judah), the Christian in his pew, the Hebrew Roots brother at his feast, the Muslim at his prayers — all four are loved. They are also the lost sheep. The systems they were handed are what we are dismantling. They were handed this. The system produced this. The deception is not their fault.

The framework is humbled by the same verse. Our fathers applies to the framework’s assembly too. We are not arrived; we are awakening. We are not the in-group; we are the recovering. The diagnostic that exposes the four costumes exposes any pretension we might develop in the assembly that names them. We are inheritors of someone else’s wrong answers too. The Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) is undoing the inheritance one verse at a time — in them and in us.

The inherited pulpit lost the architecture and put itself on top of the hierarchy. The framework recovers what scripture has been carrying. Four costumes. One lie. All loved. All diagnosed by the same standing test. The Father is gathering his sheep out of every one of them. The hour has come. We are watching it.
